XL Nutrition Xtreme Whey has recently changed name to Xtra Whey. Xtra Whey is a whey concentrate mix for the fast releasing protein hit. As such this is a great post workout shakle when your body is craving a high quality protein source. There are 21.3g of protein in each 30g serving. This 4kg tub is good for 132 servings.
There are 3 flavours. The Strawberry swirl in particular tastes really good and we found that it mixes seamlessly for a thin and great tasting drink. There are better products out there, but this is great value if nothing else.
