I have been using this product for 3 months now and the gains have been very noticable.
As the article review says the isolate makes a massive difference and although it is more expensive it is worth every penny.
I prefer the strawberry flavour it is actually a pleasure to drink and doesn’t sit heavy in your stomach like most protein supps.My girlfriend is also happy with the product as this product greatly reduces the gas if you know what i mean .
At present I find it works well alongside a preworkout mixed shake of promax maxipower & reflex one stop. Then post workout take the micro whey so it floods your muscles . Take another micro whey before bed with a HMB capsule and you’ll wake up fresh as a daisy ready to train hard .
