I’ve been using the Instant whey for 6 months now and the difference is definately noticable.It tastes great(especially the rasberry) and doesnt sit heavy in your system like so many shakes do.
At present I take a maximuscle promax extreme about midday along with a maxipower 20 mins before a 1pm training session, straight after training I have a Instant whey and then another before bed – works a treat and cost effective.
