Do yourself a favour and try gold standard. I’ve been taking it for 3 months and the difference is huge. I read that you should get at least 5 grams of BCAA with your whey protein to aid in recovery and lean mass building. You get that in 100% Whey Gold Standard. Plus, and this is the best bit, it tastes great. Seriously the best tasting stuff, you will be gagging for it after a workout.
I have been working out for 5years and have tried most brands at one point or another. This is my favourite tasting plus I find this gets the best results.
the results are ok but the taste comes nowhere near phd pharma whey. it also mixes really watery so the quality for me feels very average. I wont deviate from phd in future!
