The name Nutrisport 90+ Protein comes from the fact that this product is over 90% protein. Combined with the fact this comes at a bargain price it tends to be very popular amongst gym goers. However don’t be fooled into thinking this is 100% whey as that would at least double the price. 90+ Protein is a combination of two thirds whey isolate and one third casein. Whilst this means that the protein content is very high, it does mean that a third of the protein content is not the highest quality. Casein is lower quality than whey and absorbtion is slower post workout.
That said this is still a great product. It’s very competitively priced, has 96 servings and although the taste isn’t up there with the best the chocolate one is more than acceptable. It mixes seamlessly as well.

Cheap, does the job. About the same price as Maximuscle for three times as much!!!!!!!!
