How Long Until I See Results?
Depending on your training regime and body type the amount of time until you see results will vary. However with the right diet, weight training and cardiovascular routine it is not unusual to start seeing results after just a couple of weeks. The key to seeing quick results is discipline and diet.
If for example you cut out all bad fats from your diet, eat 4 smaller meals a day comprising items like, brown rice, grilled chicken, steamed vegetables, pulses, nuts and seeds and drink plenty of water. Then on top of that do at least 30mins of cardiovascular training three times a week as well a three weights workouts then you will most likely start to see results very quickly indeed. Of course it depends on your body type and metabolism but if you are looking for quick results follow the steps above and within a month you will see the results in the mirror.
